The floods in January inundated the restaurant and our own owner's residence, which means that our normal level of service cannot be maintained until the insurance company has fixed everything. 
 
In recognition of this we are offering some very special  self-catering rates  to help you maximize your precious time together,  with reduced rates for three nights or longer -  the longer you stay the lower the nightly rate.

We are a small, bou                         CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

A deposit equal the first night’s tariff or 50% of the total tariff, whichever is the greater, is required to confirm a reservation.  In the event of cancellation before 30 days prior to the date of arrival then the full deposit will be refunded.    In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the date of arrival then deposits will be refunded only if the Villa is let to another guest for the booked period.   We regret that no refunds can be made for early departures.    We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to cover loss of deposits in the event of cancellation. to take out travel insurance as protection against unforeseen changes to travel plans.
