CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We are a small, boutique resort and cancellations affect us greatly so all bookings are to be secured by payment of a deposit equal to the first-night’s tariff or 50% of the total tariff for the period booked (whichever is the greater), the balance to be paid on arrival. In the event of cancellation before 30 days prior to the date of arrival then the full deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the date of arrival then deposits will be refunded only if the Villa is let to another guest for the booked period. We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance as protection against unforeseen changes to travel plans.
